An Evening of Excellence: Bridging Communities, Building Dreams

Our Foundation efforts are geared towards supporting local youth in their higher education goals. For several years, we have awarded academic awards to local scholars. Our service area encompasses several school districts (Conroe, Klein, Montgomery and Magnolia ISD) with disadvantaged youth; thus, college is financially unattainable for many in our community.

Funds raised during our signature gala support this endeavor. This year it will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at The Hyatt Regency in Conroe. Last year we were able to award 10 academic and two community grants to non-profit organizations.

There are three ways to support our efforts:
1.) Program sponsor or a table commitment (see below)
2.) In-kind donation of a product, service, or experience.
3.) Direct donation for an academic award for a high school scholar.

Presenting Sponsor ($10,000) FMV: $7850
-Title recognition in all event materials and promotions as the Presenting Sponsor
-Company logo on all event materials, social media, and signage at the event
-Exclusive VIP seating for up to (14) guests
-(14) invitations to VIP reception prior to the event (details to be shared)
-Opportunity to provide Corporate-branded raffle Basket and/or auction item or experience (valued at $250 or more)
-60-second video for the importance of grant impact (on program)
-Opportunity to provide a branded swag bag
-(2) complimentary bottles of Wine or Champagne

VIP Reception ($5,000) FMV: $3500
-Official host of the VIP reception with access to Community Leadership
-Company logo on all event materials, social media, and signage at the event
-Premiere seating for (10) guests
-(10) invitations to VIP reception prior to the event
-Opportunity to provide Corporate-Branded Raffle Basket and/or auction item or experience (valued at $250 or more)
-(2) complimentary bottles of Wine or Champagne

Ring Game Sponsor ($2500) FMV: $1000
-Company logo displayed during the ring game and auction item segment of the program
-Company logo on all event materials, social media, and signage at the event
-Premiere seating for (10) guests
-(10) invitations to VIP reception prior to the event
-Corporate-branded raffle Basket and/or auction item or experience valued at $250 or more)

Valet Sponsor ($2500) FMV: $1000
-Company name or logo (and up to two vehicles) displayed near the Valet drop-off and pick-up area at the event
-Company logo on all event materials, social media, and signage at the event
-Premiere seating for (10) guests
-(10) invitations to VIP reception prior to the event

Table Sponsor ($1500) FMV: $200
-Seating for (10)
