  • The Nation’s Capital Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., requests your sponsorship for our 2026 annual fundraiser, Brunch, Bubbly, and Beats, which will benefit the Jack and Jill of America Foundation’s HBCU GAP Fund!

As a chapter and organization, our aim is for all children, not just our own, to have life-enhancing opportunities. That is one of the reasons we choose to support the HBCU GAP Fund. Every year, HBCU students in their final year of post secondary education are not able to graduate due to unmet financial needs to their university -- the average amount being just $750. The HBCU GAP Fund is an intentional measure to graduate more talented Black college students who will become the next generation of CEOs, policymakers, educators, lawyers, scientists, doctors, engineers - LEADERS!

The current economic climate means HBCU students need our help now more than ever. Meeting our fundraising goal will cover the average outstanding balance for 15 students; surpassing it will allow us to assist many more. We will do that with your support! To date, our chapter has raised approximately $40,000.00 for HBCU students but we know we can do so much more with our collective village behind this effort. Sponsorships start at just $500.00 and are tax deductible. Please consider giving what you can.

This year, our theme is Homecoming: Battle of the Bandz. It is In this spirit of friendly competition that we encourage supporters (donors, sponsors and ticket purchasers) to call out which HBCU they represent. The school with the most representation will be announced during the brunch and win coveted bragging rights in our first ever Battle of the Bandz.

    Thank you for your support!
