A Message From Stephanie Glenn

Philanthropy has always been a part of who I am—it’s in my roots. My grandmother, Alice Gossett, taught me early on that giving wasn’t just about money, but about heart. She showed me that when we pour into others, we build communities that last beyond our lifetimes. Now, as a mother, I’m intentional about passing that same value on to my son—showing him what it means to give back, to stand for something greater than ourselves, and to use our blessings to create change. That’s why this campaign means so much to me. The proceeds from our Diamond Celebration benefit organizations I know and deeply respect: ✨ UpRVA, led by my friend Marshall Roan, transforms the lives of students through access, education, and opportunity. The love and dedication Marshall pours into her work are truly life-changing for every child who crosses their path. ✨ Youth Life Foundation of Richmond, founded by Heather Goodlett, has been serving children and families in Richmond’s Northside for decades. Heather’s unwavering commitment is nothing short of extraordinary—her quiet, steady leadership has changed lives in ways that deserve to have her name etched on a building. And, of course, my Jack and Jill of America – Richmond Chapter family—our moms, dads, and associate moms—continue to inspire me daily. Together, we are building a legacy of leadership, service, and love that reaches far beyond our own families. As the Fundraising Chair for this milestone year, I’m honored to help lead the charge as we celebrate 75 years of nurturing excellence, leadership, and unity. Every dollar raised strengthens the future of our children and the community we cherish. I invite you to join me—whether through a gift, a share, or a word of encouragement—as we continue this beautiful tradition of giving back. 💖 Together, we shine. Together, we make a difference. — Stephanie Glenn Fundraising Chair, Jack and Jill of America – Richmond Chapter
